1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you create an account, we collect your email address and account credentials. When you use Adciva AI, you provide us with information about your products, advertising goals, budget, and target audiences. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect certain information when you visit or use Adciva AI, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the site. We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics.
1.3 Third-Party Platform Data
When you connect your Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok advertising accounts, we access campaign performance data through each platform's official API. We only access data necessary to create, manage, and optimize your ad campaigns. You can revoke these connections at any time through your account settings or directly on each platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok on your behalf
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Send you service-related communications (account updates, billing notices, performance reports)
- Send marketing communications you have opted into (you may unsubscribe at any time)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Advertising platforms: We transmit campaign instructions, ad creative, and targeting parameters to Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok via their APIs to execute your campaigns.
- Service providers: We use trusted third parties for payment processing (Stripe), cloud infrastructure (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), file storage (Vercel Blob), and AI model inference (Vercel AI Gateway). Each provider processes data solely to deliver their service to us.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Campaign data and performance history are retained for the life of your account to enable reporting and optimization. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain data for legal or legitimate business purposes (such as financial records).
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection: Object to certain processing of your data, including for direct marketing purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@adciva.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies to understand how our site is used and improve our service. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of Adciva AI.

9. Children's Privacy
Adciva AI is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
